Updated to work with BentoBox 1.2.0.

  • Made use of the newest API methods in GameModeAddon.
  • Added /island spawn - for players to teleport to the world's spawn Island (if it set).
  • Added /bsbadmin setspawn - for admins to set an Island as the world's spawn.
