Update for BentoBox 1.3.0

Updated to work with BentoBox 1.3.0.

• Added bskyblock.island.team.promote permission
• Fixed admin.tp permission
• Added configurable user and admin commands to config.yml
• Cleaned up config.yml
• End trophy island at 0,0 does not obliterate the player's end island
• End Dragon can be summoned using the /summon command
• Sea height was 1 block off from config setting
• Default schem did not have beetroot seeds

New Admin commands

• /bsbadmin resetflags - for admins to reset all island settings to the defaults set in config.yml.

The following are advanced commands to help recover from database corruption

• /bsbadmin trash - shows a list of unowned islands that could not be loaded for some reason
• /bsbadmin trash [player] - shows a list of islands owned by player that could not be loaded for some reason
• /bsbadmin switchto <number> - switches a player from their current island (if any) to the numbered island in trash
