Dispenser/Hopper/Dropper Island Setting

Redstone machines are currently managed by the "Chests" setting, but the problem with this is that an island owner cannot allow users to access chests without them also being able to mess with redstone machines and their contents.

Describe the solution you'd like
A "Redstone Machines" island setting that manages dispensers, hoppers, and droppers. This will allow island owners to safely grant people access to chests without also messing with redstone contraptions. I do not think that this should affect trapped chests.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Each of the containers could have their own setting but I don't think it's worth having a setting for each of them.

I'll add 3 different flags, and we'll later look into improving the UX with the Settings Panel - which definitely needs to!
