These types are used internally for reading JSON files but are not needed by users and will likely be removed once the rojff JSON interface library compiles with the Intel compiler.
With this commit, all inference tests use the new components of the refactored inference_engine_t type and the corresponding new inference algorithm.

This pull request refactors the unit tests so that they all use the new
infertype-bound procedure, which uses the newinference_engine_tcomponents that capture the arrays employed in the new training algorithm.
