Adding some content to the Readme - biologists please verify that what I've written is correct.

I don't know what AtGenExpress or Klepikova are - I assume groups that make the pictures for the plant parts?

Also, what is a gene RIF?

Great stuff! I believe Klepikova refers to Anna Klepikova who authored this paper on arabidopsis: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27549386/

AtGenExpress is a multinational effort designed to uncover the transcriptome of the multicellular model organism Arabidopsis thaliana. The project is coordinated by Detlef Weigel, Thomas Altmann and Lutz Nover with funding from the German Arabidopsis Functional Genomics Network (AFGN), and includes contributions from Germany, supported by DFG, as well as substantial contributions by RIKEN (Japan), NSF (USA; via funding of TAIR and the 2010 program), BBSRC (UK; via funding of the GARNET initiative), and the Max-Planck-Society.

geneRIF "allows scientists to add functional annotations to genes" https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/about-generif

You added but later removed a setup for developers section that outlines npm install and npm run dev to get the server running locally. Can we include that back, and include node and npm versions?
