Workflows

The following repo containers a list of workflows that use BioContainers tools. All the workflows should be published in github.The user should provide for each workflow the following fields:

• GitHub repo*
• Author name*
• Short name (Optional if provided in the repo)
• Short description (Between 50-200 characters). (Optional inf provided in the repo)
• License (Optional if provided in the repo).
• Type (NF, CWL, SN)

How to contribute

Please fork the following repo and edit the workflows.csv file and perform a Pull Request.
