Add option to send tokens with Remit

To add an option to send tokens with remit on xahau (then any token can be sent if destination has incoming remit not disabled, sender pays for destination reserves).

• we need to amke sure on the xrpl the sending is still works
• on xahau that it works
• check the difference when sending remit to account with non incoming remit enabled and without
• send normal payment on xahau not remit
• sending tokens / and native xrp/xah should work

all points tested. Works fine. But when the Remit transaction is signed we don't show our usual message that transaction is successful with transaction details in the bottom of the page - we just see the same /send page. Looks confusing as if nothing changed.

That is a bug, I've merged a fix.. can you update the branch locally for you, and try:
On xahau:

• check that after remit you see the details.
• that NFT Mint with remit is still works as before.

1. sending with remit stopped working now.
   I take the same action as before and tried three times with different wallets but transaction fails with Path Dry error
