This project is configured using Premake. Some configurations are available in make/YOURIDE.bat. If this applies to you, simply run those.
Otherwise, refer here to find the id for your version and run Premake5 [version] from the root project directory on the command line to generate a solution.
The project can be built as normal from your preferred IDE following successful generation of the solution.
