Add 1992-2 md files for figures, formulas, and tables

Description

Adds the .md files for 1992-2. verifying if this is complete is kinda brain rot. I'd suggest cherry picking a few from code. If one is missing, we can always add it later.

I had to add a single equation to cover the 100% testcoverage. 5.101 is a copy of 5.1 from 1992-1-1, except that they stripped the alpha_m and that the alpha_h is less restricted. Hence, the files are copies and stripped down.
