Hotfix 7.32
- Fixed Plugin System failing to pass player id to plugins

- EasyAdmin will now elaborate on certain error messages caused by a misconfigured Discord Bot
- Changed Ban Length tooltip to elaborate on the fact that you can select it to have custom ban times
- removed self-configuration of permissions, this must be done manually now, refer to the Upgrading Guide for more information
- EasyAdmin will no longer run without Onesync enabled
- Removed v1 Plugin API
- Many improvements to the Screen Reader/TTS:

- It will no longer wait to finish talking before speaking the next thing, this is particularly noticeable when scrolling menu items

- The default speed has been increased and it can now be changed from 1x Speed to 10x Speed from the Settings

- Some edge-cases where screen reader would not work have been fixed, if there are any places where it does not work, please create an Issue!
- Updated some Node dependencies
