DB is now presumed to be external by default. Use with webfact-make v0.9

DB is now presumed to be external by default, in a container. See docker-compose.yml.
Data (/var/www/html) is presumes to be in a stored mounted on the docker host, allow containers to be easily rebuild (after changing meta data, renaming, or to update the Lamp stack in the container).

Websites can be updated from the gui, via webfact_update.sh if it exists.

The GUI has improved of course..

Works with docker 1.7 and 1.8.
