Just curious why you would need this if it's only applicable within the docker container itself? |

I could not get Traefik to work consistently unless I changed the env variable to 0.0.0.0 |

That makes sense. In order to follow the other environment variables, I changed the name to |

Add HOSTNAME environment variable to README.md so people know how to change HOSTNAME from localhost to something else
