Add HOSTNAME environment variable to README.md so people know how to change HOSTNAME from localhost to something else

Just curious why you would need this if it's only applicable within the docker container itself?

I could not get Traefik to work consistently unless I changed the env variable to 0.0.0.0

That makes sense. In order to follow the other environment variables, I changed the name to WEB_HOST. Can you try this now to ensure that it works for you?
