Flask miniwebservice for converting mp file into pdf file.

Example: curl -F"code=@mp.mp" http://localhost:5000/mp -o output.pdf

Warning: \beginfig{NUMBER}: Number has to be 0 or else the program won't work currently. This is the first prototype but it does satisfy my requirements for just now.
