Add /brew simulate

Adds /brew simulate <Cook Time> <Distill Runs> <Barrel Type> <Age Time> <Ingredients...> to quickly test creating brews, as suggested by @szarkans in discord.

Edited the command to use optional flags, and added --brewer to act as if a player is brewing, and --player to give the brew to a specific player:

Can you show command example?

/brew simulate 10 --distill 2 --age Oak 15 wheat/10

Other examples:

• /brew simulate 3 wheat/6
