Several issued bugs are patched.

  • The CLI documents for --scanid and --recoid has updated to be more readable. (#3)
  • The CLI error message will indicate the issue if the wrong scan id or reco id has been used. (#5)
  • Add option to ignore rescaling '--ignore-rescale' (#7)
  • the BIDS sheets will have default modality value for DTI image as 'dwi' (#8)
  • the bvec has 3 rows instead of 3 columns according to BIDS guideline (#8)
  • The issue related to the animal position is corrected. (#9)
