Export Model AUT stl to subfolder

currently, when generating partial volumes, the stl of the segmentation is written to 'Models'

The Models directory often contains previous models form segmentation. Suggest generating AUT subfolder at time of pv generation and writting AUT{bone}.stl there

@amymmorton This would be effectively renaming the 'Models' subdirectory to 'AUT'. If we make this change, do we want to keep the value for the default subdirectory as 'Models', expecting that users will move the generated models from 'AUT' into 'Models'?

, When partial volumes are generated, we create files in volumes and transforms, and we also output a version of the STL in autoscope space These generated AUT preface files should be generated in a sub directory of models, a newly generated sub sub directory so to speak
