Firefox page up(to the top) after save css file.

Issue details

Firefox 57 page up(top) after refresh.
Every time i save the css file, firefox refresh(blink) and page up to the top, losing focus of editing area.
This only happens on Firefox. Edge and Chrome are ok.
When editing html, firefox blink but doesn't move the page.

Steps to reproduce/test case

I'm using regular css and html only for testing.

Can you try browser-sync@2.24.7 and report if this is still a big for you :)
