Add new gpio functions, fixes in ir, display modules in JS

Proposed Changes

• Add new gpio functions: analogWriteResolution, analogWriteFrequency, ledcWriteTone, ledcFade, ledcChangeFrequency and ledcDetach
• Fixed ledc functions in gpio module to work with esp 3.0
• Add registration of rfid module to JS
• Changed interpreter to allocate more memory
• Add Buffer class, atob, btoa
