Issue with float window minimized state

Hello folks,

When I try to restore a float child window to normal state (from minimized one) it also brings back the main window. How can I fix it? Thank you in advance and best regards.

Looks like it's not api related so please disregard my question. When I
minimize all active application windows with Show Desktop button I can't
bring just the selected one to the top of all windows by clicking on
it. This action always brings back the main window.
