bosonic-qiskit support for Qiskit v1.0

This major version release brings bosonic-qiskit up-to-date and compatible with Qiskit v1.0. You'll likely need to update your local environment to upgrade as well -- we did not test backwards compatibility with older releases of Qiskit.
