Sam worked on this before leaving, but I don't see it in any branches here

Sam used this pipeline for her project that needed spike-in: https://github.com/bioinfo-pf-curie/ChIP-seq

Her plan was to adapt their spike-in implementation for champagne but didn't get to that before leaving.
