`mdanalysis-compatibility-failure.md` file call in the wrong folder

Currently the mdanalysis-compatibility-failure.md file is being called from the wrong location, at present the file is within CodeEntropy/.github/workflows. But the call wihtin the project-ci.yaml is from CodeEntropy/.github/mdanalysis-compatibility-failure.md. This needs to be changed to ensure the correct error messages are being displayed when the project CI is run.
