Controlling trajectory size #80
Description
The error occurs when using the start, end, and step input parameters to select a subset of the trajectory frames. If start is greater than 0, then out of bounds index errors come up where the timestep.frame variable is used. This is LevelFunctions.py get_matrices() and ConformationalFunctions assign_conformation().
