The code uses mkscale ot figure out levs[0] and levs[-1] whereas we need to use actually the values provided by user.

I can't get your error, so once I have a good fix in a branch I'll ask you to test it (with full instructions of course)

fixed in branch issue_869_boxfill_resets_level_1_level_2
