• Run the pipeline using the test command and modified metadata files (e.g. nextflow run main.nf -profile test,conda --species rsv --submission --annotation --sra --biosample --submission_config ./conf/submission_config.yaml --meta_path /assets/sample_metadata/rsv_test_metadata_missing_sample_name.xlsx
