This is the **CEDS Data Model Guide** updated to reflect changes in **version 11.0.0** of CEDS definitions and models. *NOTE: This is an initial draft will be replaced with a final version that has been checked for accessibility and formatting. Otherwise the content is expected be the same. The final document is expected to be posted in April 2023.* Changes in this version of the document include: * Updated "What's New" Section * Updated text and links to GitHub in main section * Updated all diagrams in the IDS appendix * Added a diagram for Versioning Collection and Reporting of Data (Implementation Variables) * Updated version mungers throughout the document * Updated a note in the data warehouse example with link to https://github.com/CEDStandards/CEDS-Data-Warehouse
