Add MTU field as it was present in `init.d` script, but couldn't be changed in LuCI. Most fields are validated now. Some fields are reordered for better user experience.
Also add support for non-default `raw_blocks` and `raw_packetsinblock`.
Remove unnecessary options and disable it by default, so there's no unexpected behaviour.
