Idea

When a user is connected on the portal, it could be interesting to have a link to the documentation pages.

A new button will be added to the main menu (top bar) with a dedicated icon.

The link should redirect the user to https://cgi-fr.github.io/IoT-Hub-Portal/stable/concepts/ page.
