Expected Behavior

When device is connected and modules up, user should be able to execute default commands:

  • Get Logs
  • Restart

Current Behavior

Buttons are disabled.

  1. Got to the Edge device details

Portal version: 4.4
LoRaWAN Stack version: N/A

This bug occurs when the Sync job failed.
Should investigate it to make the sync job more resilient
