The job that validates our bicep templates is failing:

     | Api versions must be the latest or under 2 years old (730 days) - API
     | version 2021-10-15 of Microsoft.Devices/provisioningServices is 730 days
     | old

We need to use the latest version of the API of Microsoft.Devices/provisioningServices API
