Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When an end-user has a small idea, it could be interesting to let them post it on the portal, which would better feed our work.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Add a button on the top bar (near the username)
  • on click, display a small form (investiguate on a small powerapp)
  • When submitting, create an idea on the github idea discussion category
  • Send an email to the DL team email
  • Do not store the user personal data
  • Provide to the end user a way to consult/participate to the discussion
