Some settings are present in the code but not used really.
We need to remove them...

Expected Behavior

Remove settings for :

  • StorageAccount:BlobContainerName (used only for health check ??)
  • StorageAccount:BlobContainerPartitionKey

Current Behavior

Settings are required but not used.
