The new layout of the capability now matches the latest spec. Since the levels extension is not implemented yet, we hardcode those bits to zero (effectively making them another reserved region).

Thanks, I think we've already implemented this internally - I need to push all of our more recent changes here but it's a bit tedious so I've been putting it off, sorry! I'll double check anyway. |
