This new release (Version 1.1) contains all of the latest updates and bug fixes to the FID-A toolkit.

Changes since the last release include:

-Many of the processing options have been updated to reduce the number of required input arguments.
-Example data have now been included in the repository. Note that due to their large size, the "Large File Storage" (LFS) GitHub extension must be installed in order to download these example data from the repository.
-The FID-A manual has been updated to reflect all of the latest changes.
