Enter "sculpt mode" for all panels at once

A user will often find themselves doing all the sculpting at one time and so might anticipate jumping from one ratio or user function to another to sculpt. I think this is probably a common use-case, and in this case it would be useful not to have to individually toggle "sculpt" for each panel. For example, a button at the top that toggles all panels to "sculpt mode" might be really useful!
