The DXR Projects includes:
a. CPU Section code which creates the pipeline for rendering
b. GPU section which renders the objects
The following objects were rendered:
a. 1 AABB box
b. Two triangle Geometries
c. Multiple Spheres
d. Three Metaballs
Feedback: It's good to work on DirectX API and considering the fact that it was introduced for the first time in the course, I learnt some of the theory behind it. But the project can be made better if this could be broken into sub projects and we are tasked to implement more of the GPU kernels and computation part which could be more meaningful for the course. The project this time was quite abstract and could have implemented without much of the theory behind it.
Also, while working on SIG lab, some of the commits are made on the name of other users but those are updated by me only. There were lot of issues with the computers in SIG lab allocated to us.
