[Proposal] Reorganize spec primer sections into high-level groups #20
Description
It might be nice to organize the initial explanatory sections into a few high-level groups to make them more cohesive.
What I'm thinking right now:
- LCC
- Semantic Web
- Immutable Ledgers (IPLD could belong here or in Semantic Web)
