Add Ampere hours as unit

We have identified some use-cases that we might contribute to VSS where Ampere hours (Ah) is needed. Ah is e.g. a common unit to describe capacity of supply voltage batteries.

If accepted, I will create a corresponding PR for VSS to update documentation.

Definition of Ampere Hours:
An ampere hour or amp hour is a unit of electric charge, having dimensions of electric current multiplied by time, equal to the charge transferred by a steady current of one ampere flowing for one hour, or 3,600 coulombs.

Missed the meeting last week due to vacation - was the intention with the comment above by @ravichalanti that the description in the PR shall be extended - as of now we typically have very short descriptions in the config.yaml file

@ravichalanti, we will open an issue to work on the unit descriptions, but as it's in line with the other descriptions, we'll merge this one for now.
