feature request: list all authors with comaint

This would help dispel the myth that the last releaser of a dist is the person who wrote it (I've been credited in blogs etc as "..module Foo::Bar, by ether"... and I feel bad if all I did was release a tiny bug fix where some other anonymous Joe slaved for days to write it and gets no credit).

genehack just asked for the same thing (saying that he often finds himself going to PAUSE to look up this info).

I know there are some outstanding issues with perms (not having historical data)
but for displaying in the sidebar or something it probably wouldn't matter that much.

Any thoughts?
