Add functionality to add user to different queue after timeout

changes:

• add functionality to let user choose which queue to join after matching timeout
• add cancel button after matching timeout
• add UI changes to show which queue user timed out from e.g if queue is topic only, will show Topic: <Chosen topic>, Difficulty: Any
• change cancel button functionality (previously brought user back to criteria selection WHILE matching, now will show "match cancelled" instead and then show a back to criteria selection button when cancelled, or when matching times out
