This is solid first draft. I think that the BigO chapter and Binary representation need a lot of attention. Rob prolly will also have a lot of feedback as well.

Also, note that my intention is not to have all of these in the 'ExtraTopics' section. Rob can move them around throughout the book as he wants, I just put them all in one place for now. |

Pending a few suggested small changes, this looks like a good initial commit. I'm going to want to make some more changes myself but that can be done separately after this is pushed.

Changes look good or are waiting for a separate commit from me.
Big overhaul of the Big O chapter to make it (I think) more approachable and in line with how I plan to cover it this term.
Expanded the section on Data Science.
Redistributed extra topics sections into relevant chapters or additional topics.
