Support number keys when spectating players #5
Description
It looks like by hooking into spec_* commands, they can be hooked and provide input into the menu driver instead, allowing number key menus
The behavior of these menus should mirror when you're alive, i.e., only enable the number keys when binds have been detected, otherwise it would lead to a less consistent menu experience
