사용 신청 승인은 pvc api가 현재 작동하지 않아 오류 납니다. webhook.site로 승인 api 제대로 작동하는 것을 확인했습니다.
kubernetes 의존성이 추가되서 pull 받고 새로 build 하셔야 오류 안납니다.
