[APIS-997] Fix the TABLE_SCHEM, TABLE_NAME return format among CUBRIDDatabaseMetaData methods

Purpose
If the CUBRID supports multi-schema, the ResultSet will be updated to return the schema mane in the TABLE_SCHEM column and the table name in the TABLE_NAME column.

Implementation
Modified method list:

• getTables
• getColumns
• getColumnPrivilegs
• getTablePrivileges
• getPrimaryKeys
• getForeignKeys
• getIndexInfo
• getSuperTables

The getImportedKeys, getExportedKeys and getCrossReference methods internally call the getForeignKeys method, so fixing just getForeignKeys method solved the issue.
