@adam-urbanczyk The Azure/MacOS/Anaconda build seems to fail about every 5th time CI runs, and it happened again here. I simply hit re-run and things were fine. When it fails, it seems like it can't download packages for some reason.

In any case, this should be ready for merge after review.
