This repository contains the protocol for performing PCR amplification of the d-loop region of the mitochondrial control gene targeting cetaceans using eDNA extracted from sea water using a protocol developed by the MURI MMARINeDNA Project. It is archived on Zenodo, with versioning support and a persistent concept DOI.
