Second step:

cp nginx-stream-upsync-module/* nginx-upsync/nginx-stream-upsync-module/
cp nginx-upsync-module/* nginx-upsync/nginx-upsync-module/

Then:

./configure --add-module=addons/nginx-upsync --with-stream

Notice:

nginx be required nginx-1.9.0++
