Use SMD capactiors on pressure sensor

The pressure sensor needs to be exposed to the water, but the circuit must be encased in resin. With the current use of through-hole electrolytics, this is not possible.

• Change to the capacitors to 0603 SMD capacitors

Any additional components must have a height less than that of the pressure sensor (2.88±0.15mm), preferably by at least 0.3mm
