Data and R scripts to identify priority areas for threatened insular endemic mammals across three key dimensions of biodiversity (taxonomic, phylogenetic, and functional), as well as their protection level and threats affecting them.
This repository is structured as follow:
📁 data/: contain raw files that should never be modified.
📁 outputs/: store intermediate and final outputs generated by the R scripts.
📁 rfunctions/: store R functions.
📁 rscripts/: store R scripts to reproduce analyses and figures.
All required packages will be installed (if necessary)
