- Changes in limits (https://github.com/CartoDB/camshaft/pull/327)
  - Added new kind of limit that takes into account numer of input rows multiplied
    by the number of possible categories
  - Added logging for all the limit errors
  - Change the closest analysis limit to take into account the following formula
    number of imput rows * categories * number of results.
